Army Chaplains in WW1

Army Chaplains in WW1

Over 5,000 Army Chaplains served in World War 1. Most received little or no training and although they were often ill-prepared for the situations in which they found themselves, they brought comfort and compassion. This community draws together their amazing life stories.
