The east window at St Thomas's Church was dedicated to those who died in WW1 and the particular names of the 20 from the church are shown on a memorial altar and plaque in the south aisle. The community identified here has 18 names, the names of Jack Bayliss & Gilbert Hastings not having been positively identified.
