St Annes-on-Sea, St Thomas's Church Memorial Window

The east window at St Thomas's Church was dedicated to those who died in WW1 and the particular names of the 20 from the church are shown on a memorial altar and plaque in the south aisle. The community identified here has 18 names, the names of Jack Bayliss & Gilbert Hastings not having been positively identified. Photos of the east window and memorial altar with names plaque may be found under the Life Story of Captain Edmund Oldfield, Manchester Regt.
