This community draws together the stories of the children of James H Bridge and his wife Mary, and their spouses. The four sons: John Sedgwick ( Jack) Bridge, Harry, Sam and Herbert were all accomplished musicians. Jack, who did not enlist, played violin with, and became Leader of, the Halle Orchestra.
