Remembering the lives of people commemorated on the WW1 memorial in Lurgashall in Sussex. The primary source used to populate this community is the excellent book "A Richer Dust" by Michael Oakland, published in 2007 by Studio Gallery Publications (ISBN 978-0-9542357-2-7), which contains detailed biographies, photographs, family trees, etc., for all of the people named on the memorial except for Reginald Gill.
