Soldiers of the South Wales Borderers who were identified as having served at home, and therefore did not receive campaign medals. In most instances, these men were identified from the Silver War Badge rolls. Other sources were the LS&GC medal roll, and the Police Gazette where a soldier had gone absent without leave. I have researched all of these men, a large number of whom have been located on the 1911 Census. This has been researched since 2010, and my data appears on both my website, and I have granted permission for it to also appear on LOTFWW, hence this community.
