Crann Family

Ellen and Alfred John Crann of Deptford, had three sons: Alfred William, George and Godfrey Herbert. Alfred and George both joined the 6th City of London Rifles. Godfrey joined the Cambridgeshire Regiment. Alfred was wounded, possibly in 1915, and received a discharge in 1916 and a Silver War Badge. George was killed in September 1915 and Godfrey was killed in 1917.
