Selsey 57

The Selsey 57 project is a Joint Community Project between Selsey U3A, Arts Dream Selsey, the Selsey Society, and other individuals. The aim of this project is to gather information about the men from Selsey who fought in the Great War, especially the 57 men listed on the War Memorial outside St. Peter's Church in Selsey, West Sussex. There are four more men linked with Selsey who died during the war but are not on the memorial, so they are being researched too. The men listed on the memorial and the 4 additional ones who died are the focus of this community. Further information about all of the men in this community is available on the Selsey 57 web site at www.selsey57.org.uk .
