Remembering the British other ranks who lived through the siege and passed into captivity upon surrender 29/4/1916 from which few emerged alive. 16 men of the 14th Hussars were left in Kut to 'look after the baggage and 25 wounded horse'. There were a few others from the 7th Hussars and 7th dragoon Guards who were attached to Signals or Supply and will also be shown in those communities. Work in progress so please advise me of any errors, omissions or additional info.
