This community commemorated the servicemen and women who died as a result of the torpedoing of HMHS Galway Castle by UC-82, 160 miles south of the Fastnet Rock. Names are mainly sourced from the Hollybrook Memorial in Southampton, as well as the Tower Hill Merchant Navy Memorial in London. My best estimates are that 109 passengers lost their lives in the disaster. There is another Galway Castle Community created by Ann Green that features most of the civilian survivors in it. https://livesofthefirstworldwar.org/community/6853
