There are two WW1 war memorials in Holy Trinity Parish Church, Holmfirth: that of Holy Trinity Church with 52 names; and that for St Andrew's Church, Thongsbridge with 8 names. The latter was relocated when that church ceased to be used for worship. This community tells the story of all 8 of the men listed on the memorial for St Andrew's Church, and 50 of the 52 men listed on the Memorial Plaque in Holy Trinity Church, Holmfirth, the two unidentified men being JOHN EDWARD HIRST and HERBERT K ROBINSON. Due to the internal indexing of the website, the 60 names appear in random order.
