South Ribble in the Great War

South Ribble in the Great War

In 2015 the borough of South Ribble in Lancashire decided to create the first cross-borough memorial to the fallen of the Great War. The basic criteria stipulated that the men should have been either born or lived in one of the areas and / or villages that make up the modern borough. In 2018, the memorial will be revised to take in newly traced men.
