Lives of the First World War

The In From The Cold Project (IFCP) was formed to research and identify all service men and women missing from the official Commonwealth War Graves Commission (CWGC) list of casualties from the First and Second World Wars, with the aim of getting these people their due recognition. With support from IFCP, a number of communities have been set up on Lives of the First World War for various groups of casualty cases from WW1 which were submitted by IFCP and have been accepted for War Grave status and CWGC commemoration. This community remembers people who served with the Royal Navy (including the naval reserve units) whose rightful remembrance was obtained by IFCP.
