A community of men who have at some time attended King Edward's High School, New Street, Birmingham as defined by 'Service Record of King Edward's School Birmingham during the war 1914-1918' by Charles H Heath and published by Naval & Military Press Ltd, last corrected in 1931. During the compilation of this community, I have created a spreadsheet which links to each 'livesofthefirstworldwar' record and also attempts to include an interesting fact for each man on the list - please contact me ([email protected]) if you would like a copy of the spreadsheet. Of the 1428 men included in the Service Record, I was unable to find records on livesofthefirstworldwar for 276 of them, mainly because they didn't see active service. Andrew Lloyd (OE,1972)
