The Loos Memorial contains the names of 20652 men, lost fighting in the Area. Of these 137 members of the 7th Battalion Northamptonshire Regiment are recorded on the memorial, including its then CO, Lt Col Arther Parkins, who fell at the Battle of Loos in September 1915.
