Men named in the “Report and Statement of Accounts of the Little Gaddesden Brass Band 1902 – 1903”, a small booklet, similar in design to a band book, which contains a report of the band’s activities, especially fundraising, and a statement of their accounts. It includes a list of members, stating their surname, initial and the area of the village from which they came (Little Gaddesden, Ringshall or Hudnall) and a selection of photographs, including of the band and the committee. There are also many advertisements for local shops and businesses. The members have been found to include 17 men, including their Secretary, who fought in the First World War. The booklet is now held by a descendant of two of the Band members.
