Chinese Labour Corps Killed in Bombardment/Bombing of Calais 21 March 1918
The German Spring Offensive began on 21 March 1918. On that day 20 men of the 4th Company of the Chinese Labours Corps died. Their graves are in Les Baraque Military Cemetery, Sangatte to the west of Calais. The following quote from Wikipedia is based on the book Fredette, Raymond H.
