The home of the Curbishley familyThe cottage as seen today. Albert's sister Mary was born in the cottage and when she married she moved into a property next door to her old family home, where she lived for the rest of her life.

The Knutsford Centennial War MemorialIn 2014 Knutsford Town Council decided to establish a Centennial War Memorial in the centre of the town as the key component of their commemorative events to mark the Centenary of the end of the First World War in 2018. Private Albert Curbishley is one of the men commemorated on the memorial which was dedicated on the 6th October 2018
