    This is a photograph of the headstone on Francis Gustave de Stacpoole's grave in the Takapau Cemetery. His grave is Plot 798 and it is located at the back of the cemetery, at the opposite end to the main entrance.

  • 2Lt F G de Stacpoole
    Francis Gustave de Stacpoole served in the Irish Guards in the First World War. On 1 August 1917 he was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant and on 1 February 1919 he was promoted to Lieutenant.
