Description: Louise Emily Harford was born on 21 September 1864 at Almondsbury, Gloucestershire, England.1,2 She was the daughter of William Henry Harford and Ellen Tower.1 She married, firstly, Karel Frederik Baron van Tuyll van Serooskerken, son of Vincent Gildemeester Baron van Tuyll van Serooskerken and Charlotte Henrietta Mansfield, on 17 June 1884 at London, England.1,2 She married, secondly, Henry Adelbert Wellington FitzRoy Somerset, 9th Duke of Beaufort, son of Henry Charles FitzRoy Somerset, 8th Duke of Beaufort and Lady Georgiana Charlotte Curzon, on 9 October 1895 at Trinity Church, Sloane Street, London, EnglandG.1 She died on 11 October 1945 at age 81.3 Her married name became Somerset. She held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Gloucestershire.4 She was appointed Dame of Grace, Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St. John of Jerusalem (D.G.St.John.)
