Sec. Lieut. Percival Allen Grove, Royal Warwickshire Regiment, who died on Wednesday from wounds received in action, was he elder son of Mr Allen Grove (of Messrs. Crockford, Grove, and Sons, Birmingham), of The Cedars, Sutton Coldfield. Lieut. Grove, who was 28 years of age, and was a chartered accountant, was educated at Bishop Vesey's Grammar School, Sutton Coldfield. He joined the Birmingham City Battalion on their formation, and was granted a commission in a Warwickshire Territorial battalion in September last.
