"County Council of the West Riding of Yorkshire Education Department Batley Technical School This is to certify that George Hornby attended during the Session 1919-1920 The Fifth Year Chemistry Course. at the above name school, conducted under the direction of the County Education Authority, and passed the Examination held at the school, in accordance with the Scheme of the Authority, in the following subjects:- (being placed in the First Class.)
