Title: Notice of Hospitalisation 1918

Description: This is an official letter to Charle's mother notifying her that he has been admitted to the 55th General Hospital at Boulogne. Although it states he has suffered a gunshot wound to the left foot I am not sure that this is correct as this was his injury in 1917, corroborated by the image of the identity tag. I was told my father that my grandad was effected by poisonous gas so was this the reason for admission this time?
