Transcription: Name: Private Walter Bentham. Address: 68 Adelphi St. Occupation: Lorry Driver. Regiment: L.N.L. Reg. Rank and Regimental Number: Private 10873. Date of Death: December 18th 1915. Place where killed or injury received: Invalided home from the Salonika [Salonica] & died at Witchurch Hospital Cardiff. Remarks: None.
