Transcription: Name: Keith Haydon Moore. Address: 32 Ribblesdale Place, Preston. Occupation: Chartered Accountant. Regiment: 1/4th Loyal North Lancashire Regiment. Rank and Regimental Number: Lieutenant. Date of Death: 26 November 1915. Place where where killed or injury received: Near Albert, France. Remarks:- Was wounded twice before being killed in action. Was 2nd Lieut. before outbreak of war, and had acted as temporary adjutant.
