Additional: Identifiable through his address and father's name, both of which match the 1911 Census cited and the marriage of 1917. The link to the Arthur Charles Oakley who was in the MGC by 1918 depends on there only being one such man bearing this name and of eligible age (having searched extensively in GRO Indexes and Census returns).
