This is the Document given to George Henry Pullen when he took delivery of the 1910 Panhard Shooting brake in a public handing over in Pall Mall London . The car is said to have been donated to the war effort by the secretary to Lord Roschild. The document is to ask the authorities, both military and Civilian, to give him free passage through France as he is in the service of the French Red Cross. The car was written off when the car in front was hit by a shell. We believe we have the radiator cap from this car.
