Memorial at St Peter's Church

I visited the Saunders' local church, St Peter's, on Burwood Road, Hersham. Some of the family were baptised and buried there, including Noah's brother, George James Saunders, who also served in WW1, and their parents, Walter and Sarah Lavinia Saunders.

Visitor's book at Namps Au Val British Cemetery

A lady I met on Instagram lives near the cemetery and was kind enough to visit Noah's grave in November 2017 and planted some purple roses.
