Rank and Regimental Number: Private 45434. Date of Death: Aug 20th 1918. Place where killed or injury received: Died from the effects of the war. Remarks: Died before the discharge papers came through, was in France 18 months & sent to England to await discharge, was sent home, & died, & was buried, before the papers came through.
