ICRC Document PA3211This "POW Camp Gottingen" muster list from September 1915 advises that he was captured at Ypres. The 1st Battalion fought at the First Battle of Ypres, and was in the locality from mid-October to mid-December. We know he was captured by 25 December 1914, hence being on the "Princess Mary Gift Fund 1914 Box POW listing"Contributed by:
