Rector relays information on the death of Hubert HC Wareham.

These record details of individuals who were originally buried in smaller or isolated cemeteries, but who, at a later date, were exhumed and reburied in war cemeteries. We can see that on 22nd August 1919, over 2 years after he was killed, Hubert was exhumed from his original burial location (map ref C.1.a.9.9) and reburied in Artillery Wood Cemetery (map ref 28.C.1.c.3.8) There are a couple of errors however; the date of death should be 31/7/17 and his initials should be H.H.C.

Hubert with his watch presented to him for ten years unbroken attendance and his many medals for regularity and good work at Wimborne Minster Boy's School.
