Wiseman's deathThis extract from the Trial of assistant surgeon William Fratel shows how Wiseman died. Fratel denied responsibility and claimed he had done all possible within limited means allowed by Germans/Turks.

Wiseman's Death CertificateThis is one of those late issue 1918 Death Certificates signed by Fratel for a man under his care who died in 1916. Fratel explained about these in his trial. It states that Wiseman died peacefully. But see newspaper clipping.Contributed by:
