Portrait photograph of Albert Edward EsserySergeant Albert Edward Essery MM 15307. Unit: 8th Battalion, Leicestershire Regiment. Death: 01 October 1917 Passchendaele Western Front. He enlisted in October 1914 and was awarded the Military Medal on 6 February 1916. He is commemorated on the Tyne Cot Memorial.
