”History of the 89th Brigade 1914-18”'The book '”History of the 89th Brigade 1914-18”'details the history of the Brigade which was formed from the 17th, 18th, 19th and 20th City Battalions (and 2nd Beds) of the King’s Liverpool Regiment during the Great War. It was written as an official history by Brigadier General FC Stanley and published by the Liverpool Daily Post in 1919. It consists of 295 pages with 18 black and white plates including one large fold out photo.
