Title: Obituary of Guy Hastings Taylor

Description: Major Guy Hastings Taylor was the second -son of the late Surgeon Major Adam Taylor, I.M.S., and grandson of Surgeon General Thomas Hastings, I.M.S. He entered the Army in May, 1893, obtaining his first commission in the Northumberland Fusiliers. In April, 1897, he joined the Indian Staff Corps and was promoted Captain in 1902 and Major in 1911.
