Title: Cecil Maynard Morgan Medical Record

Description: Admission and Discharge Book, No 3 Casualty Clearing Station

Additional: Private Cecil Morgan was wounded on 19 April 1915 at the 2nd battle of Ypres. The nature of the wound was a G.S.W. (Gun Shot Wound) left leg. After passing through No 3 Casualty Clearing Station, he was eventually treated at the King George V Military Hospital in Dublin between 30 April 1915 and 28 June 2015 when he was discharged to sick furlough. Fragments were removed from his leg and the wound was fully healed with no permanent disability.
