Additional: Harold was my Grandfather's first cousin. He was shot in the spine at Passchendaele, France. He was sent home to Canada and spent over three years in a Veterans' Home, Euclid Hall, in Toronto. He was a paraplegic and permanently in a wheelchair. He died from a kidney infection in the last month, Dec. 1920, that veterans could be declared a "casualty of war".
