Alic/Alick/Alec William AllenBrother of Horace. Born Shropham, Norfolk, 24 Nov. 1895. He is in the uniform of the Argyll & Scottish Highlanders. He was reported 'dangerously wounded' in 1917 (local press report Oct 1917) - a shrapnel wound which cost him his right eye. He survived until 1940, dying of asphyxia whilst suffering an epileptic fit. I cannot find any definite Military records for him in any Regiment.Contributed by:
