Preston Roll of Honour form for Boy Banks.This is the Roll of Honour form completed and submitted by a relative of Boy George Banks for the Preston Memorial Roll of Honour in the Harris Library, Museum and Art Gallery, finished in 1927. Transcription: Name: George Banks. Address: 64 Park Rd, Preston. Our present address 4 Pole St. Occupation: Learning fitting. Regiment: Royal Air Force. Rank and Regimental Number: Boy 158822. Date of Death: November 13th 1918. Place where killed or injury received: Nothing listed. Remarks:- He was not killed or injured but died of Pneumonia at Hounslow Military Hospital. The rank Boy is right as he was only 17 years of age & that is as they class them in the R.A.F.
