3 Generation Photographripe family portraits, from Koromiko. Information from photographer Gordon McCusker's index book (see Notes), and from Archives Staff. Identified by Richard Tripe in a telephone conversation with Jenny Pierson 16 June 2014: Alexander Montgomerie Tripe (c.1892-1968), a Gallipoli veteran (son of Joseph Henry Richard Tripe [1863-1932]), with his Mother, Mary Seaton Tripe (nee Montgomerie) (c.1868-1960), and Alexander's three sons, left to right. Allan Dampier Atkinson Tripe (?-?), the eldest; Crossley Alexander Dampier Atkinson Tripe (1920-1987) and Oswald Dampier Atkinson Tripe (1924-2009). [Date sources: New Zealand birth, death and marriage records online]. Their mother, Mary Ethel Fiddes Dampier Atkinson, was a New Zealand girl who met and married Alexander in England. The marriage failed and she married secondly, 1935, Felix (Rusty) Biggs and had another family.
