The memorial stands on a triangular grassed area at the junction of Church St, & Weedon Rd. Granite Stone Cross. Single-stepped square base surmounted by a tapering square plinth, pad with decorative rectangular sectioned shaft & wheel cross. Inscriptions at base of shaft and on plinth sides, lettering filled with black paint. The whole structure is surrounded by a paved area with a low post & chain-link barrier.
