William Henry Weeks was born in St Pancras, London in 1887. His parents had two sons and three daughters. He married Louisa Lillian Davey In 1909 and they had a daughter Lillian Louisa Weeks In 1910. Tragically both his wife and daughter died in March 1916. William enlisted in St Pancras, London into The Duke Of Cornwall’s Light Infantry as a Private. He was killed in action on the 23rd August 1917, seventeen months after his family. He is remembered with honor on The Tyne Cot Memorial, Belgium.
