Labour Voice: At the English Congregational Church, on Sunday evening, tribute was also paid to the memory of Private Frank Phibben, Wilts. Regiment, whose death we reported in our last issue. The Rev. Edward Vaughan bore eloquent testimony of the energy of the deceased with all branches of work in connection with the Church, and especially with the young people. "The Dead March" was played by Miss Williams.
