Edith died 22nd July 1919. There is a marriage of Joseph Barford to "Cissie" Weager in the first quarter of 1920 in Tadcaster, which is where Joseph was born. It seems highly likely, given the unusual surname and the fact that this is where this Joseph was born, that he married Edith's sister. I have not been able to "prove" this as i think Cissie was a nickname for someone often called "sister" within the family. I think that the reason i cannot trace this further is due to the number of ways this surname is spelt.
