Collected from Soldiers who Died as a possible St Annes-on-Sea, Lancashire person. Birth place identified as St Annes, Lancaster but 1911 census identifies place of birth as Lancaster, so presume St Annes is also a parish in Lancaster. (Note; GENUKI says that the current Dukes Playhouse in cntral Lancaster used to be a church dedicated to St Anne up to 1957.)
