Lives of the First World War

Harry Walker was born in 1888, his father, James, was 39 and his mother, Sarah Jane Hick, was 34. He married Bessie Cruikshank in August 1918 in York. In 1911 he worked on his father's farm. He died on 28 September 1918 at the age of 30 while serving as private in the K.O.S.B. (25296).
