Sidney's job whilst in the Army was on the Big Guns. This being a major target ultimately this was where he sustained his wounds and death. His friend went to see his sister and told her that Sidney had been diagnosed with TB. His sister Majorey had also been diagnosed with TB and died 6 weeks after her brother.
