Missing since April 9th, Corporal Richard Abram is now presumed to have been killed on that date. It i announced in a letter received by his wife. Corporal Abram emigrated to Toronto Canada from Southport where he formerly resided at St Luke's Rd six years ago. He enlisted in a battalion that served many months in the Bermudas, and twelve months ago he was sent to France. Corporal Abram was 38 years of age and his parents live in Hall Street.
