The memorial tablet is located in the entrance lobby at the Royal Mail Darlington Mail Centre, St. Cuthbert’s Way, DARLINGTON, DL1 1AA and contains the names of those Darlington District Postmen who went to war and lost their lives. The World War 1 memorial takes the form of a black enamelled brass tablet with relief lettering mounted on a wooden backing.
