63 (RN) Division Unit Commanders during OP MICHAEL (German Spring Offensive), March 1918

This community lists the Commanders of the Units of 63 (RN) Division who are mentioned in the Divisional War Diary Report of Operations during the period 21 - 29 March 1918 which was the German Army Spring Offensive (OP MICHAEL). 63rd (RN) Div contained 188th, 189th and 190th Brigades. The Spring Offensive started at 0430hrs on 21st March 1918, and the 63rd Division was involved in a series of fighting withdrawals over the old 1916 Somme Battle field until the offensive was held on Ance Hights at the end of March. This series of German Offences marked the "high water" point of the German Army in this area during WW1.
