Clipping from Lloyd's Sunday News. November 1918From the article “BRITISH PRISONERS STARVED, BEATEN, AND KILLED” taken from Lloyd’s Sunday News, dated 3rd Nov, 1918, it must have given them hope that he was perhaps still alive but clearly indicates the terrible conditions under which they were being kept. This information having come from a member of the Durham Light Infantry, taken prisoner on 27th May at Craonne.Contributed by:
